Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Reason for reporting: Still uploading found military photos without permission and/or credit, some of which have been overlooked and which have falsely leaked out onto the web as CC licenced. User has already been blocked twice. Belbury (talk) 06:51, 1 August 2026 (UTC)

Seems resistant to the idea of copyright sadly. Blocked again with a final warning too. I'm guessing some of the untagged images are copright but out of time for now. Herby ^{talk thyme} 07:20, 1 August 2026 (UTC)

Looks like Yann gave them a strong warning after this report; I'd say that should do for now, and if they continue along these lines then a block would be in order. - Jmabel ! talk 22:11, 1 August 2026 (UTC)

Reason for reporting: Is misusing Commons for article-like texts, vandalised the help desk 2 times, latest: Special:Diff/1256465697/1256466275. Was instructed in 2022 that Commons doesn't host articles. After my first revert of his text on the help desk, I notified them on their talk page that such edits can be seen as vandalism, despite that, they repeated it. Reason for reporting: Global lock evasion by the LTA ROXELANA22. See the activity on en.wiki and es.wiki. Given their 20 years of cross-wiki vandalism, including extensive vandalism on Commons, this temp account should immediately be indeffed. (SRG is currently backlogged on Meta.) LightandDark2000 (talk) 23:04, 4 August 2026 (UTC)

Done indef-blocked, even if they haven't edited on Commons, because once I took the time to look into their edits elsewhere they are obviously up to no good. But, User:LightandDark2000: I don't really understand the point of blocking here. Why aren't you pursuing a global lock instead? - Jmabel ! talk 23:55, 4 August 2026 (UTC)

I already reported on SRG, but my report hasn't been reviewed for days. It seems to be backlogged there. LightandDark2000 (talk) 23:59, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
